repositioning

According to The Microphone Wars, planning for "repositioning" (November 2, 1992, when the entire CBC TV schedule was revamped) was already well underway before Barbara Frum died. Nash implies that The Journal's popularity was a significant obstacle to the project, and that had Frum not died, Prime Time News would never have happened. 18.26.0.18 05:10, 20 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Starring? Huh? Infobox failure.

Barbara Frum and Mary Lou Finlay were the hosts of the The Journal, not the stars, but I guess the problem is that Template:Infobox_television doesn't permit "host" or "hosts", and the only other option in the box is "presenter" which is a foreign WTF term in Canada. I checked the talk at the template page, including some of the archives, and while the problem has been pointed out, there's always someone with a narrow world view ready to say "presenter is fine, tough". Notable documentaries and interviews

Would be nice to have a section on notable Journal documentaries and interviews.

I especially find:

Interview with Polish military leader in the early 80s re: Solidarity movement.
Frum's interview of Pierre Trudeau on Meech Lake to be highly notable.
Frum's interview with Margaret Thatcher also notable.
