Final (1/9/3) ending 01:41 29 March 2005 (UTC)
Hello, this is B-101 and I would like to become an administrator, thereby nominating myself. I believe that Wikipedia is a great website and I go to it everyday, I started using it during 2004 and became a user in August of 2004. If I become an administrator, I will be no different than the other users. If a page is being voted on deletion and th vote is tied (which may happen), I will use my best judgment to determine whether it lives. I hope you use your best judgment.- B-101 01:41, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Support
- Good Wikipedian. ✏ OvenFresh² 02:26, 26 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Oppose
- Joyous 02:13, Mar 22, 2005 (UTC) I'm sorry, but not knowing if there is a deadline for deletion debates (I'm sorry, but I must hold that against you) indicate that B-101 isn't familiar enough with Wikipedia policies to be an administrator. Comments left on the talk page by other users indicate that he/she is still "learning the ropes" of editing.
- Oppose, as he seems to have little familiarity with basic policy. More edit summaries would be nice too. Rje 02:41, Mar 22, 2005 (UTC)
- Oppose. Too inexperienced at the moment. Good editor, but needs to become more familiar with policy before becoming an admin. Carbonite | Talk 03:54, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Not this time - possibly later. Joyous's comments cover it well - you also clearly don't realise that any Wikipedian can vote on vfd, not just admins. Actually, you seem a little too keen on the whole deletion business for my tastes, to be honest. Overall, you seem to have potential though, but - well, as I said, not this time. - As far as I can see, does not meet my admin criterion, jguk 20:29, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)

- Not at this time. Jordi·✆ 09:07, 23 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Not yet. JuntungWu 12:29, 24 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Oppose. No summaries for edits. Pavel Vozenilek 22:35, 26 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Neutral
- certainly a good faith editor, with a fair number of edits. Some more experience and community involvement would seem desireable. I suggest you do some vandal-fighting / RC patrolling, familiarize yourself with policy, and try again in a month or two. dab (ᛏ) 06:47, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Will support in two months. --Merovingian (t) (c) (w) 06:44, Mar 23, 2005 (UTC)
- You seem like you will make a great admin someday, but you need more experience before I can support. However your enthusuiasm makes me inclined to remain neutral rather than oppose. Keep up the good work, and maybe in a few months. -JCarriker 23:13, Mar 24, 2005 (UTC)
Comments
- B-101 has made 1580 edits, the first on 8 August 2004. – ABCD 01:52, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Questions for the candidate
A few generic questions to provide guidance for voters:
- 1. What sysop chores, if any, would you anticipate helping with? (Please read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.)
- A. I think I should be useful in deletion of pages. I just found out about deadlines when voting ends.
- 2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A. I am particularly proud of my information about Star Wars, as I am a huge fan of the saga. I am also proud of my Simpsons episode pages.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and will deal with it in the future?
- A. I found it disappointing when some pages I worked on were deleted, but I now think that now I should be able to make pages of more quality.
