Christopher Matera is 25 and an Assistant Director of Financial Aid at UMass Amherst. He has a degree from UMass Amherstin Political Science with a minor in History. Chris has lived in Amherst, a small town in western massachusetts for seven years. Chris recently married Margaret Fink, now Margaret Matera in April of 2006. They live happily in the Pioneer Valley. Chris is an active participant in the blogosphere, he maintains an active blog Absolute Chris containing his papers and political views and musings on life. Chris is passionate about international relations theory, especially as it relates to nation states after World War II.
