Noor Muhammad, was born to an educated family in the then usualy ullettered region Gojal. He did his early education from F.G.Boys High School Gulmit, and then moved to Aga Khan Higher Secondary School (AKHSS) Gilgit. He completed his matricualitn and Intermediate (F.Sc, pre-medical) from there and then moved to SZABIST Karachi for his BBA. Currently he is enrolled at SZABIST-Karachi and already in his second semester. He has been working for the news papers published by Karakuram Publishing Network. He is a poet and has a small book named PARWAZ to his credit. He composes poetry in english as well and is moderate in his philosophies. He cherishes a new vision for north, a vision htat allows the northern areas to be free of communal hattred and biasdness.

He writes articles on socail issues of the northern areas of Pakistan. He has also written many articles for some popular magazines of Pakistan, namely Palistan, Watan and is desirous of continuing his journalism in his own way.
