[edit]I have to say I don't quite know what the phrase "has kept cordial relations with" means. I doubt however that it has little to do with NPOV. I really don't know what one should do about that though. These pages are really problematic. -- Cimon Avaro on a pogostick
Was or wasn't there a treaty signed between the USA and Liberia that guarantees Liberia's defense from external forces?
Major Revision
[edit]I have made a major revision to the article. I plan to expand the African-Liberian Relations stub tomorrow. shotwell 04:47, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, "tomorrow" was ambitious. How about eventually? shotwell 04:37, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
Non-African point of view
[edit]My major issue with this article is that it has been written from a primarily American point of view (with a small section concerning China). This happened because I'm not an expert on Liberia and books/articles concerning Liberia's relationship itls neighbors are hard to come by. Most of the sources concern Liberian/American relations due to the interesting historical relationship. Can anyone expand on Liberian relations with it's neighbors? Can anyone expand on European/Liberian relations? I believe that the major European powers were amongst the first to accept Liberia as a nation.
I guess my complete (and utter) lack of expertise is preventing me from improving this article further. shotwell 20:36, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
