This page is an archive of the discussion surrounding the proposed deletion of the page entitled Sycamore trees.
This page is kept as an historic record.
The result of the debate was to redirect to Sycamore.
There already is the current American_sycamore article, and the (unrelated) Sycamore maple stub. Content could be moved, and the article replaced with a redirect, but then that redirect would be to the disambiguation page Sycamore. Hence I suggest that useful content be added to the two existing articles, and this page be deleted altogether. Imc 21:50, 21 May 2004 (UTC)
- Redirect to Sycamore. That can be useful because users might search for "Sycamore trees". Andris 05:03, May 22, 2004 (UTC)
- Merge any useful content and redir to disamb page. A) gets people where they want to go, and B) keeps us from repeating this exercise when the next person thinks something should be at "sycamore trees". Niteowlneils 14:30, 22 May 2004 (UTC)
- Agree with Niteowlneils. -- Cyrius|✎ 18:55, May 22, 2004 (UTC)
