Region or township
[edit]Is this article intended for the region or township? If the region, then it should be moved to simply McLaren Vale.--cj | talk 11:39, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
- I think that with the recent addition of information, it should now be split. According to the established naming, McLaren Vale (or McLaren Vale wine region) would be about the wine region, and McLaren Vale, South Australia about the town. --Scott Davis Talk 13:13, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
- I've split the two, with the township now finding its home at McLaren Vale, South Australia. Each references the other.--cj | talk 03:00, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
Can I have the wine menu, please?
[edit]A big chunk of the article is just a listing of wine varieties. some of the descriptions have no or minimal reference to the area. Is there any compelling reason to keep these? --Pete (talk) 10:41, 4 July 2014 (UTC)

Clarendon needs to be added as a wine subregion of McLaren Vale. Also maybe more references to foothills, ie Willunga foothills, Mclaren foothills, seaview hills. very important to relay elevation and di-urnal change relative to Gulf of St. Vincent. Route90 (talk) 18:09, 14 May 2008 (UTC) |
